Job Summary
What you will do...
šBuild, support and monitor applications within our Corporate Services application portfolio. šBuild and maintain custom applications in our iPaas platform to support the automation of workstreams. šResponsible for Authentication services (Okta), Collaboration Services (GSuite, Slack, Zoom)and iPaaS (Workato, Fivetrans) šDevelop IT Software Engineering best practices and policies for the organization. šPrepare and document standard operating procedures. šRespond to and lead IT responses for incidents. šEvangelize the adoption of new tools. šEscalation point for members of the IT Organization. šTest, implement and improve/maintain IT systems and controls. Engineer, implement and monitor IT systems and controls. šIdentify and define IT system requirements. šPrepare and document standard operating procedures and playbooks. šConfigure and troubleshoot IT infrastructure. šContribute & evangelize our overall approach and standards within the IT Engineering discipline.
What you will needā¦
šAbility to prioritize projects. šAn understanding of IT Engineering best practices and how to implement them. šComfortable working in a fast-paced environment. šExcellent communication skills. š5+ years of JAMF, Okta & GSuite Administration or similar systems. šExperience with FIvetrans, Workato or similar platforms. šExperience with Scripting (i.e. Bash, Python, Powershell).
