Job Summary
Requirements
📍Principal Accountabilities
📍Day to day user support in Europe region;
📍Be responsible for endpoint devices and IT infrastructure in UK office.
📍Basic server and network equipment support;
📍Monitoring queue and routing tickets;
📍Perform day to day operational tasks to maintain healthy system function;
📍Review, define, and refine technical processes to drive efficiency;
📍End user equipment support;
📍Define the key metrics for information systems monitoring;
📍Coordinate with vendors and internal resources to ensure operational excellence;
📍License management;
📍Inventory management;
Incident, Problem and Change management;
📍Documentation within Confluence pages of troubleshooting manuals, escalation procedures and contact details;
📍Takeover support of new systems and procedures.
Key Competencies & Qualifications
📍Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT as it support specialist;
📍Knowledge of Windows and MacOS at the administrator level.
📍Knowledge of desktop operating systems;
📍Ability to evaluate and solve complex problems and issues;
📍Knowledge of server and network infrastructure;
📍Understanding of the API principle;
📍Understanding of the architecture of the multi-tier systems
📍Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell and etc support is beneficial
📍Experience with MT4 and MT5 trading platform support is beneficial
📍Documentation skills;
