The Uniswap Protocol is the largest decentralized trading and automated market making protocol (often called a DEX, “Decentralized Exchange”) on Ethereum. The Uniswap Labs team was a major contributor to the Uniswap Protocol and now focuses on building a suite of products to support the Uniswap ecosystem. Our team is one of the most impactful in crypto. We are based out of SoHo in New York City with the option to be partially or fully remote depending on the position.
Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Conduct forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close reporting and analysis 📍Maintain and update the company's financial model 📍Work cross-functionally across the company to create accurate forecasts, optimize spend, and review historical data 📍Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports 📍Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision making 📍Identify and understand business challenges and propose data-driven solutions 📍Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the blockchain and crypto space
Requirements:
📍Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred 📍5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the blockchain or tech industry 📍Strong understanding/interest in the blockchain and crypto ecosystem 📍Excellent financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel 📍Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams 📍Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 📍Excellent written and verbal communication skills 📍Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously 📍Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment 📍"Roll up the sleeves" mentality and willingness to take on any task, big or small, to contribute to the company's success
