Responsibilities

📍Responsible for Binance group level monthly closing, end to end quarterly forecast/annual budget process 📍Working closely with the Finance Business Partnering (FBP) team, understand the key assumptions and business drivers 📍Responsible for group level consolidation (10+BU, 20+Central functions), with expectation to innovate/improve the process 📍Partner with central function teams, provide business insights, drive cost efficiencies and identify areas of risk/opportunities. You will also participate in cross business decisions and ensure a strong commercial finance presence 📍Provide financial insights and scenario analysis from various aspects (cross BU/functions, internal/external, etc) 📍Propose improvement to processes and reporting, pilot tools to optimize business, incl. continuous improvement, development of new/existing systems 📍Cross team collaborations such as accounting/ FBP/ regional finance/ Tech & Big data teams; lead/support on various projects, particularly in reporting automation & digitalisation, process improvement 📍Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements

📍7+ experience in finance (e.g. FP&A, FBP), with proven experience in similar FP&A role, which involves end-end forecasting/budgeting cycle and group level consolidation; previous experience in accounting/financial reporting will be a plus 📍Ideal candidate will be a visioner (what we want to achieve ), as well as a hands-on actioner (work towards there) 📍Ability to lead project and drive progress forward 📍Proven record of working with non-finance stakeholders 📍Strong analytical skills with commercial sense, ability to learn quickly, grasp key business drivers 📍Exceptional attention to detail and passion for accurate, high-quality work 📍Hardcore, flexible, a self-starter, with high sense of urgency, ability to multitask and work under pressured timelines
