Key Responsibilities

📍Design, maintain, and optimize high-performance relational and NoSQL databases for real-time trading operations. 📍 Ensure low-latency data processing, scalability, and fault tolerance in a high-load environment. 📍 Implement database replication, sharding, partitioning, and failover strategies. 📍 Monitor and optimize query performance, indexing, and storage efficiency. 📍 Work closely with backend engineers to develop scalable and resilient data architectures. 📍 Ensure security and compliance of financial transaction data. 📍 Troubleshoot performance issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement solutions. 📍 Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for data processing and analytics.

Requirements

📍5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator (DBA) or Data Engineer. 📍 Expertise in PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, and NoSQL databases. 📍 Experience in high-load, low-latency systems, preferably in crypto trading or fintech. 📍 Hands-on experience with database replication, partitioning, and sharding. 📍 Strong knowledge of SQL query optimization and indexing strategies. 📍 Familiarity with cloud-based database solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure). 📍 Understanding of data security best practices and compliance. 📍 Experience with real-time data processing and analytics. 📍Fluent English (C1+), additional languages are a plus.
