What you'll do
📍Plan and execute CRM-related campaigns 📍Master the current CRM tools used by Coins.ph 📍Implement strategies to improve customer retention, enhance customer experiences, and drive growth 📍Gather and analyze data to support CRM strategies. 📍Provide insights to improve customer engagement. 📍Draft and edit content for email, push notification & SMS. 📍Ensure content aligns with Coins.ph's brand voice. 📍Create customer journey mapping 📍Add and polish existing customer events for journey mapping 📍Collaborate with other internal teams to encourage users further down the funnel
What we expect from you
📍Passion for Crypto and Web3: Deep passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the decentralized Web3 ecosystem, with a strong understanding of key concepts and trends. 📍Willingness to adapt to changing priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and accommodate community events and engagement across different time zones. 📍Has 2-4 years of experience with CRM.
