Job Summary
What you will do:
šLead all copywriting and on-site content for all brands and regions šDevelop and deliver CRM Strategy on a localised level šLead a mid-sized team to be able to deliver on this strategy šEnhance player lifetime value and reduce churn by leading a strategy that delivers the right šcontent through the right medium, to the right players at the right time šReport back to company with high end KPIs and results attributed to the work of the retentionteam, using all four mediums. šTake control of the user journey, implementing strategy around all customer communication. šEnsure sophisticated personalisation across all relevant markets šContinue to build out localisation team across all languages and markets that Stake.com offers to customers šLead all copywriting and on-site content for all brands and regions
