Job Summary
Responsibilities
šServe as administrator for a Salesforce instance, responsible for day-to-day configuration, user support, and platform maintenance. šCustomize Salesforce objects, fields, reports, dashboards, Salesforce šFlow, and page layouts to support business needs. šCollaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Salesforce solutions. šImplement improvements that enhance usability, efficiency, and data accuracy across the platform. šMaintain data integrity by creating validation rules, implementing data governance processes, and conducting regular audits. šProvide user training and support, helping team members adopt best practices and maximize platform value. šMonitor system performance, usage, and issues; troubleshoot and resolve technical problems as needed. šStay informed about Salesforce updates and new features, and recommend relevant enhancements for the business. šSupport reporting and analytics needs by developing and maintaining useful reports and dashboards. šDocument processes, configurations, and changes to ensure transparency and continuity of operations.
Requirements
šExperience as a Salesforce Administrator, with knowledge of both Sales & Service Cloud šStrong understanding of Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities šExperience with Salesforce Flow, validation rules, and security and sharing settings šExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into system solutions šEffective communicator with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams šSelf-starter who can manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
