Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Design and implement intelligent retrieval systems using deep learning and LLMs. 📍Build and optimize vector-based search pipelines and hybrid search 📍Analyze search performance metrics and iterate to improve user satisfaction. 📍Develop internal tools to support experimentation and deployment of new ranking methods.
Requirements
📍Strong background in information retrieval, natural language processing, or machine learning. 📍Experience with vector database sand search engines 📍Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow. 📍Knowledge of ranking algorithms, embeddings, and LLM inference/integration. 📍Ability to write production-quality, scalable code. 📍Embrace AI as a core part of how you work, think, and build.
