Job Summary
What you will be responsible for:
šCollect, clean, preprocess, and engineer features to ensure high-quality, complete data for model training. šDevelop and maintain efficient, automated data processing pipelines. šDesign and implement machine learning and deep learning models based on business requirements, independently handling model training, tuning, and evaluation. šStay up to date with the latest algorithms and technology trends, optimizing model structures and algorithms for improved accuracy and robustness. šOptimize models for deployment using techniques such as compression, quantization, and pruning to enhance inference speed and resource efficiency. šCollaborate with R&D and operations teams to ensure smooth and stable deployment of models in real-world applications. šParticipate in cross-functional technical discussions and support the implementation of AI solutions for product requirements. šDocument technical processes and continuously improve development and maintenance workflows. šResearch and explore emerging technologies and tools to enhance the teamās technical capabilities.
How you will stand out:
šBachelorās degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. šStrong foundation in machine learning and deep learning, with knowledge of common algorithms and model training processes. šProficiency in Python and data processing libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-Learn. šHands-on experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. šProven experience in model training, tuning, and inference optimization, including techniques such as compression and quantization. šStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve data and model-related issues. šEffective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment.
