The young star boasts a large social media following, some of who may now be considering BTC as an investment.

Many in the cryptocurrency community took notice of the tweet and replied positively.
However, others saw it as an opportunity to sadly excessively shill their own coins, as expected.

Most repliers stressed that if you buy Bitcoin, you have to be in it for the long-term and that HODL’ing is the safest option. As of now, the price of Bitcoin has blasted through some resistance and is currently trading above the $9,500 price point, up 2% on the daily.
