After the collapse of specific centralized banks, the distrust in centralized institutions is increasing, more people than before are eyeing blockchain-based alternatives.

Decentraland (MANA) and Aave (AAVE) investors have begun looking at presale-stage projects, as they have historically provided them with the highest returns. One of the most significant projects which gained a lot of attention is Yachtify, and today, we will go over it to see how it stands out.

Yachtify (YCHT) Changes The Way Investors View Yachts And Boats

The Yachtify platform is being developed to enable fractional private yacht ownership for any investor. The goal of the platform is to enable anyone the opportunity to get into the industry and create a new stream of income.

On top of Yachtify, a non-fungible token (NFT) gets minted. Then, the NFT in question gets fractionalized, and investors can utilize the YCHT cryptocurrency in order to purchase a fraction of the NFT. They can, for example, buy 40% of the NFT.

Private yachts are typically the underlying asset for the NFT. These yachts get sold or leased to high-net-worth individuals or charter businesses. Investors in the NFT can get passive income as a result of this, which is based on the percentage ownership they have over the NFT in question, which in this case, would be 40%, minus the Yachtify fees.

At the stage one presale, Yachtify trades at $0.10 and the platform has already been audited by SolidProof Network.

Decentraland (MANA) Worries Investors With 13% Fall in Value

Decentraland (MANA) has a vast ecosystem with numerous in-world events that have been a major part of its community engagement processes.

The Decentraland (MANA) team recently published a post where they went over how the Decentraland DAO Grantee, known as TheCryptoTrader is boosting the development of experiences within the virtual world for everyone through the usage of open-source Community Modules.

As for the value of the Decentraland (MANA) cryptocurrency, on May 4, 2023, it traded at $0.535086. Within the last 30 days, Decentraland (MANA) decreased in value by 9.4%. In the last two weeks, Decentraland (MANA) saw a decrease of 13%.

Aave (AAVE) Dips by 4.2% Despite Ecosystem Growth

The team behind the Aave (AAVE) project announced the deployment of Aave (AAVE) V3 on the Scroll Alpha Testnet.

This was followed by a proposal for the activation of the Aave (AAVE) V3 Metis pool which went live on Aave Governance.

It is clear that the Aave (AAVE) ecosystem and use cases are growing. However, the same cannot be said about its value. On May 4, 2023, Aave (AAVE) traded at $70.79. In the last 30 days, the cryptocurrency decreased in value by 3.9%, and in the last two weeks, it saw an additional decrease of 4.2%.
