Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šOversee a team that performs periodic and trigger-based account reviews inclusive of KYCrefresh and transactional and blockchain analysis of customer activity to identify potential redflags and escalate as appropriate. šProvide ongoing transaction analysis and periodic review training to members of the account review team. šTrack accounts due for review and provide weekly updates on metrics and completion progress. šPerform quality control on account review submissions ensuring accuracy and providing constructive feedback as needed. šDraft and/or update internal procedures as needed. šWork cross-functionally with teams across the enterprise and globally to address compliance related issues. šIdentify procedural inefficiencies and help develop and drive process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications:
šBA/BS degree or international equivalent. š8+ years of experience in the financial services industry with a focus on transactional analysis,forensic accounting or other investigative functions. šPrior management and training experience. šExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail. šTrack record of success and results, ideally in a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment. šFlexible mindset and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and assist in various compliancefunctions as needed. šPrevious experience performing KYC and periodic account reviews, including assessment ofcustomer risk and transaction analysis. šStrong understanding of transaction pattern red flags.
