The existing Polygon network is home for some of the biggest Web3 projects, such as Aave, Uniswap, and OpenSea, and well-known enterprises, including Robinhood, Stripe and Adobe. šŸ“Full cycle recruiting of business & technology roles at all levels ā€“ from intern to c-suite. šŸ“Develop and deliver recruiting strategies for new and existing markets. šŸ“Deliver high-quality stakeholder experience across candidates, hiring managers, and within the talent acquisition team. šŸ“Proactively build diverse candidate pools while leveraging all available talent channels. šŸ“Leverage and develop your knowledge and experience within the Web3 ecosystem. šŸ“Participate in cross-functional projects, aimed at improving talent acquisition across the business.

What youā€™ll need- Preferred Qualifications

šŸ“3+ years of recruitment experience within an in-house environment, with an emphasis on hiring for non-technical Web3-related positions. šŸ“Deep knowledge and understanding of the Web3 industry. šŸ“Ability to source, screen, and close candidates, while delivering a first-class candidate experience. šŸ“Proven experience utilizing and managing internal tooling and ATS (such as Lever and Notion). šŸ“Ability to partner with internal stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights and updates.
