Job Summary

Facility Management

šŸ“Oversee day-to-day operations of our Modern Urban Rental Portfolio šŸ“Ensure that the property is maintained to the highest standard and in compliance with all relevant regulations and codes šŸ“Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure that they are addressed promptly šŸ“Provide emergency service coordination and generate incident reports šŸ“Maintain a working knowledge of all maintenance programs and capital improvement projects to ensure the proper and efficient operation of systems, preventive maintenance programs, housekeeping functions, and responses to resident service requests

Collaboration

šŸ“Collaborate with other Property Operations team members, including maintenance technicians and associates, daily to perform all responsibilities šŸ“Work closely with the Regional Director of Property Operations to monitor regulatory compliance and company policies and procedures related to property management and ensure that all associates are familiar with and understand them šŸ“Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors and contractors šŸ“Bid out property services to vendors for competitive pricing šŸ“Reviews, understands, analyzes, and makes recommendations for vendor contracts to Regional Director

Resident Services

šŸ“Handle resident inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner šŸ“Market the property to prospective residents and coordinate leasing efforts šŸ“Manage resident onboarding, offboarding, and evictions

Property Reporting

šŸ“Manage the property budget and ensure that all expenses are within the allocated budget šŸ“Prepare detailed operating reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual cadence šŸ“Report on delinquency and unpaid balances for the property and organize collections efforts on past residents

Experience

šŸ“3-4 years of experience in property management, preferably in a luxury multi-family setting šŸ“This position requires a High School Diploma/GED šŸ“Strong leadership, management, and computer skills šŸ“Excellent communication and interpersonal skills šŸ“Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to property management, including fair housing laws šŸ“Ability to work independently and as part of a team šŸ“Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed šŸ“Diligent and efficient documentation and task management skills šŸ“This position requires up to 20% travel within Massachusetts
