Key accountabilities

📍Developing and refining imagery, landing pages, and banners utilizing Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Midjourney platforms. 📍Crafting compelling imagery and animated GIFs to bolster social media and other marketing initiatives. 📍Designing banners and animated GIFs to bolster paid marketing campaigns. 📍Crafting HTML5-based paid banners (coding experience preferred but not mandatory). 📍Offering strategic design input and guidance across diverse client projects. 📍Meeting strict design timelines while ensuring quality and creativity. 📍Collaborating with external or freelance design resources when necessary. 📍Engaging with the Blockovate design pipeline to ensure seamless project delivery and effective stakeholder management.

Requirements

📍Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (with a focus on After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator). 📍Demonstrated expertise showcased through a comprehensive portfolio of graphic design projects. 📍Excellent written communication skills, facilitating clear and effective collaboration. 📍Exceptional organizational abilities, adept at coordinating multiple projects concurrently. 📍Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality work. 📍Thorough understanding of UX/UI design principles, ensuring user-centric design solutions. 📍Previous work experience within the finance, crypto, or blockchain sectors is advantageous, though not mandatory.
