Job Summary

In this role, you will:

šŸ“Lead the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. šŸ“Drive initiatives for talent management, diversity, and a positive workplace culture. šŸ“Identifies key performance indicators for the companyā€™s human resource and talent management functions. šŸ“Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs. Optimize total rewards to attract and retain top talent. šŸ“Ensures compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements. šŸ“Formulate and implement the organizationā€™s staffing and human resource department budgets. šŸ“Collaborates with executive leadership to define the organizationā€™s long-term mission and goals and align HR strategies with overall business objectives. Provide insights and solutions to drive organizational success. šŸ“Identifies ways to support this mission through talent management, such as learning and development. šŸ“Develop and manage comprehensive employer branding strategies that align with Pintuā€™s values. šŸ“Create plans to address identified issues and implement changes in processes, policies, and systems to enhance organizational performance.

Who we are looking for:

šŸ“Bachelorā€™s degree and at least 8+ years of proven HR experience in end-to-end HR matter. šŸ“Experience operating with senior/executive management teams. šŸ“Growth mindset, teamwork, self-starter, can-do attitude, assertive, šŸ“A data-driven person with strong analytics. šŸ“Excellent problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills. šŸ“Strong ability to analyze, and understand data. šŸ“People enthusiast and strong in employer branding. šŸ“Experience utilizing Human Resources Information System (HRIS). šŸ“Good knowledge of employment procedures/labor laws. šŸ“Having interest in crypto-related industry.
